Q : Which modes of payment are available?

A : For international orders, we accept payments via:
(1) PayPal secure Internet payments using Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club or JCB cards to our account “skinbasique@gmail.com”.

For orders in Singapore, we accept three modes of payment:
(1) Internet Funds Transfer from any Singapore bank to our DBS Savings Plus account 100-9-025619;
(2) ATM Funds Transfer via any DBS/POSB Automated Teller Machine to our DBS Savings Plus account 100-9-025619;
(3) PayPal secure Internet payments using Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club or JCB cards to our account “skinbasique@gmail.com”.

+ All payments via our website have been configured to be made in Singapore Dollars.

Q : How is the security of my online transaction ensured?

A : All e-commerce transactions via Internet/ATM funds transfer and PayPal are developed using the world’s most trusted proprietary fraud-prevention system to ensure the security of any personal and transactional information in the payment network.

Any personal information exchanged is securely directed to the respective banks and Paypal. NO banking or bank account information will be retained in our system or made accessible to anyone unless in cases where criminal investigation is required by law.

Q : What is an Internet funds transfer?

A : Internet (or Electronic) Funds Tranfer refers to the electronic exchange involving a transfer of money from one bank account to another, either within the same bank, or across different banks, through computer-based systems.

To effect an Internet funds transfer, customers must have signed up with their respective banks for an Internet-banking account. Upon approval, they will usually be issued with an electronic token to generate a one-time security password; some banks may send this password to users’ registered mobile devices.
This mode of payment is only available to customers with a Singapore bank account.

Q : How do I make payment for my order via an Internet funds transfer?

A : This mode of payment is limited to customers who have a Singapore bank account. Customers who wish to make payment for their orders via an Internet funds transfer should:
(1) Add the desired product and quantity to your virtual shopping cart and checkout with the payment option of “Internet or ATM Funds Transfer” selected. Your order request will be flagged while you complete the Internet funds transfer process.
(2) Log into your respective Internet banking accounts and make a funds transfer to our DBS Savings Plus account 100-9-025619. Customers with Singapore bank accounts which are not from DBS/POSB, will be prompted to enter our complete bank details:

(3) After the correct amount has been transferred, kindly notify us through email. Do include your name, contact number and Order ID via our Contact page.
(4) Upon checking with our bank records that the correct amount has been credited, we will send you a confirmation email and immediately process your order.

* There is an average additional waiting period of 2 days for any inter-bank Internet funds transfer, e.g., from OCBC to DBS, or from UOB to DBS.

Q : What is an ATM funds transfer?

A : ATM refers to the ubiquitous “Automated Teller Machine” where users can withdraw and deposit cash, as well as effect a funds transfer from their bank account(s) to other bank account(s). Inter-account funds transfer is usually limited to accounts within the same bank.
This mode of payment is only available to customers with a DBS/POSB bank account.

Q : How do I make payment for my order using an ATM funds transfer?

A : This mode of payment is limited to customers who have a DBS or POSB bank account. Customers who wish to make payment for their orders via an ATM funds transfer should:
(1) Add the desired product and quantity to your virtual shopping cart and checkout with the payment option of “Internet or ATM Funds Transfer” selected. Your order will be flagged while you complete the ATM funds transfer.
(2) Visit an ATM and make a funds transfer to our DBS Savings Plus account 100-9-025619.
(3) After the correct amount has been transferred, kindly notify us through email. Please include your name, contact number and Order ID via our Contact page.
(4) Upon checking with our bank records that the correct amount has been credited, we will send you a confirmation email and immediately process your order.
